One of our project is to develop a new activity, of debates and discussion groups.

 

What are we discussing?

 

News, but also administrative procedures in France and how they can be improved, simplified or made more efficient.

 

Where ?

 

This year, our S.O.A.A - Panthéon Sorbonne branch will be responsible for organizing these debates on the premises of the Panthéon - Sorbonne University.

People outside the establishment must register 3 days before the debate to pass the control at the entrance.

 

When?

 

The debates will take place once every two weeks, that is to say the week when the marauder is not organized.

 

How ? 

 

The debates will work as follows :

 

Lasting 2 hours, the first hour will focus on the management of common files in order to advise members in case of difficulty.

 

The second hour will deal with the debate. People wishing only to participate in the debate will therefore be able to introduce themselves only at the second hour. So that everyone can express themselves, it is necessary that all of the participants arrive on time.

Each member has a limited speaking time which can however be renewed during the meeting.

 

The session is chaired by a person drawn at random during the previous session. He is replaced by two assessors, one responsible for the equitable distribution of speaking time, the other responsible for transcribing the meeting.

 

At the end of the session, a report / article will be written and published in our news section.
